The fully washed and sun-dried process creates clean, bright coffee—water stripping away fruit, sun concentrating essence. Caturra and Catuai varietals contribute their character to create something vivid: bright acidity like morning light, smooth body that doesn't overwhelm, and a distinctive pairing of grapefruit tartness with milk chocolate sweetness.
