The cup opens with toasted cereal and roasted nuts, layered with gentle umami. Smooth and warming, the kind of thing you want to hold in both hands.

Lower in caffeine, so it works for late afternoons and quiet evenings. Whisk it straight, build it into a latte, fold it into recipes. The roasted character holds up to milk and heat without losing itself.

Brew: 2-3g per 8oz water at 175°F. Whisk until smooth.
